Neal is a lifetime member of Hillwood Chapel and has served in many different ministry capacities from youth leader to Sunday school teacher to Deacon to his current role of Elder.  His concentration area is children’s ministry.

 He is a graduate of Malone University with a Bachelors degree in Elementary Education and a minor in Christian Education.  Neal is currently employed at United Parcel Service.  He and his wife reside in the Green area.
